Purchased 2 new units which arrived very well packed with no apparent damage. One of the units had an entire row of lights not working when it was turned on. I immediately called the technical support phone number on the warranty card only to find it has been disconnected. I then went on line to try and locate a number for the company only to find that all of the numbers listed have been disconnected.
